Hey!!

Sorry i haven't posted in a while...
I've started high school , OMG...
Firstly it's not at all as bad as it seems and secondly you meet so many new people and make so many new friends it's crazy.
There are so many people and it makes you feel like non of the big kids care at all about what you thinking, they don't even notice you so it's just like everyday normal school.
But anyway so far this year has been awesome !!!
And I got a  NEW phone , YAY !!!

High School

AHHHHH!!! I'm just about to start a new journey in my life called
"HIGH SCHOOL"
I get told often that it's extremely fun and a whole new experience... I'm just worried its the total opposite!

being the little kid again...surrounded by the big kids ...not my cup of tea...

I hope I don't walk into school on the first day and all my friends randomly forget who I am... I hope the come up to me and give me a great big hug and saying "Rhianne I missed you so much", I wont be surprised if they don't as 'real' friends are not that easy to find anymore they mostly just little girls looking for attention and bragging points.

I want to stay with as many of the friends I have already, yet I also want to make new friends, that can stay friends with me forever, that I can tell my children about someday or something like that... I just hope that I don't lose all my confidence and I hope I build a back bone and learn to stand up for myself.

I hope everyone that is starting a new school a new job or even just another year in the same place... I hope you have fun and enjoy every moment because you only hopefully get 1 opportunity to be in the position you in, and I hope you all have a successful 2014

Technology Today

So I was reading the quotes on Tumblr and I came across this one…

“Cell phones these days keep getting thinner and smatter… people the opposite.”- Anonymous

And it actually occurred to me that it’s actually very true… because people are sitting around on their thin little smartphone all day. And I don’t think I should be talking because it’s something I do all the time… but I’m not talking, I’m typing you see (SMART).

But all jokes aside it’s actually really scary that children from about the age of 7 these days have phones, and they are glued to them. Our parents always told us, “In our day we didn’t have all this technology, we actually went out and played outside” and that we must get off our phones, laptops and tablets to go kick a ball or something. Do you ever go to a restaurant and look at the families ,people or couples at the tables and they barely talking …the most they probably say are the things they are going to order…

Technology is changing our world far too fast and limiting children’s imaginations and talents because they not trying to discover them, I mean what do you think children these days would do without Wi-Fi… because I know I struggle to last a day SOMETIMES?
